Anchor the Tape

Begin by anchoring UPS SEAL-FLEX TAPE next to the leak.

Stretch and Wrap

Using the centreline of the tape as your guide, stretch it to its maximum capacity and wrap it tightly over the leak or crack.Continue wrapping until the tape runs out.

Create a Solid Seal

As you apply the tape, it fuses into a solid rubber band. The tapered profile prevents water from tracking underneath the tape, maximising surface contact with the pipe and ensuring a watertight seal.

Layer for Pressure Resistance

Each additional layer of UPS SEAL-FLEX TAPE increases the repair’s pressure resistance. Multiple tapes can be fused together to handle higher pressure levels.
